Cancellation
If you want to cancel your order before it’s shipped, you can contact us at info@nightshadecouture.nl. Let us know in the email that you would like to cancel your order as well as your order number. After we confirm the cancellation with you, you will receive a refund in 3 to 5 business days.
Return
In case the package was already shipped out but you still want to cancel your order, you will have 14 business days to return the package to our workshop. Do let us know you want to return the item via email at info@nightshadecouture.nl. After your package has returned to us and has been checked, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and a refund in 3 to 5 business days. The shipping cost will not be compensated. Please note that we can only accept returned items if they are in the state that they were when they arrived. This means that we do not accept returns which have defects that are caused by improper use. If you are returning a product because of a defect that is unrelated to improper use, this does not apply.
Do you want to swap a product?
Of course this is no problem. Please send us an email at info@nightshadecouture.nl to let us know what product you would like to swap out, as well as your order number. Please note that any shipping costs that may apply are for the buyer.
Filled in the wrong address?
In case you filled in the wrong shipping information, email us as soon as possible with the right information at info@nightshadecouture.nl.This gives us a chance to correct the information before shipping. In case the items are already shipped we might not be able to retrieve the package anymore and therefore cannot give you a refund.
Delivery time
We always try to ship out orders as soon as possible. Due to the fact that every item is handmade, each item might have their own shipping time. If you need any items from your order sooner than the rest, please get in contact with us at info@nightshadecouture.nl. Accessories and trinkets will be shipped out in 1 to 3 business days. Clothing is all custom made to order and the shipping time for each item will be noted in the item's description. If your order has been delayed, we will inform you through email. Shipping costs
Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout. Our shipping costs are based on the prices of our delivery service PostNL.
